Kate Upton and Justin Verlander put their LA mansion up for sale | Entertainment

Kate Upton and Justin Verlander have put their Los Angeles mansion on the market.

The 29-year-old model and Justin, 38, have put their four-bedroom, five-bathroom property in Beverly Hills on the market for $11,750,000.

The beloved couple – who wed in 2017 – bought the spectacular property for $5,250,000 in 2016 but have now put it up for sale after deciding to move to Florida, People report.

Kate and Justin – who have a three-year-old daughter called Genevieve – carried out major renovations to the property while they were still living there, aiming to make it more modern.

The property has a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a cinema room and a games room. The bathroom has a steam shower and a bathtub, while there is also a separate suite for friends and family.

Meanwhile, Kate gave birth to her daughter in November 2018, but the celebrity couple really struggled to come up with a name at the time.

The model joked that her sports star husband had “real name commitment issues.”

She previously said: “It’s so pressured. We were going back and forth, even at the hospital, we were going back and forth, and Justin had real name commitment issues.

“He knew Genevieve was my favorite so I just let him fill out the paperwork, I was like I couldn’t handle it right now.”

Kate also described her daughter as a “really cute mix of the two of us”.

The blonde beauty – who previously starred in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue – said: “He’s actually a really good baby. He’s so special and it makes me love him even more. [He’s] very practical, great dad!”
